The user is solely responsible for the selection, use and interpretation of the data that he accesses, views and transmits on the Internet.

The purpose of this site is to make all interested persons aware of the consequences of the use of pesticides and possible alternatives.

 

The information published on this site is provided for information purposes only and EBL and the partners of the ‘Ouni Pesticides’ campaign cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

 

Reported errors, requests or suggestions for corrections or access difficulties will be corrected or processed immediately.

 

EBL reserves the right to change or block the content of the site at its own discretion.

The website and all its elements and content are protected by intellectual property laws and in particular by copyright and trade mark law. The content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to Luxembourg copyright law.

 

Duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of utilisation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator and, if applicable, EBL.

 

Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is labelled as such. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. 6) Applicable law and place of jurisdiction:

 

This site is governed by Luxembourg law and in particular by the Luxembourg law of 14 August 2000 on e-commerce. All disputes that may arise from this website shall be settled exclusively by the Tribunal d'Arrondissement of and in Luxembourg.
